The Arboretum was an existing residential community in need of renovation. POD Design was hired to develop a landscape plan that enhanced the main identification signage, entry boulevard, clubhouse, amenities area, athletic courts, and the resort style pool and spa.

Since the completion of the site enhancement package, the community has maintained a nearly 100% occupancy rate and created sufficient demand for the client to explore several new build projects in the same market area.
