The Village at Gracy Farms started as an existing 308-unit apartment community in Northwest Austin, Texas. Lush landscaping was added to enhance the street scene entry and clubhouse. The main identification signage was improved to enhance visibility. To allow more visitor parking at the office, the parking lot in front of the clubhouse was enlarged by redesigning the entry gates.
