A complex series of circumstances have led this once vibrant boutique shopping destination to see a steady decline in tenant occupancy despite its prime location in the affluent community of Worthington, Ohio. A new ownership group including a partner who is a Worthington resident have developed a vision for a major renovation in hopes The Shops at Worthington Place can return to the success it enjoyed for most of its forty year existence.

POD Design is providing design and visualization services for renovated and new outdoor spaces including a realigned entry drive, renovated main entry, modified outdoor dining areas, new outdoor pedestrian plaza, a themed outdoor children’s courtyard and an indoor children’s play area.
