Wagenbrenner Development, Daimler, MI Homes, Continental and Fortress Real Estate joined forces for the redevelopment of nearly 30 acres in the Harrison West neighborhood. Our responsibility was to prepare a comprehensive proposal package that included an overview of the development team, company financial, case studies, budget and time line.

POD Design helped to prepare the proposed plan and develop a design for all of the open space areas. Currently refining the design for multi-family spaces, renderings for marketing, and 7 acres of park space along the river.
