Court House Manor is a continuing care community for seniors. The client wished to make better use of proposed courtyard spaces and provide a space for therapy programming.

Working together with nursing staff, POD designed two spaces that incorporated the wish list of elements. One of the courtyards is now a terrain park where caregivers can provide person-centered care, rehabilitation, therapy, and practice different activities.
