Part of a much larger project to develop the corporate home office of White Castle into a mixed-use development site, The Reach Apartments fulfills the residential portion. While serving as the site design lead for the larger project, POD created the design for and over-saw the construction of the residential amenity area.

Tucked between two of the multifamily structures and the Olentangy River, the site for the pool amenity area provided an opportunity to create a terraced design. The resulting design incorporates access for both the pool house and all patio/pool deck levels via ramps and steps. Located on the lowest terrace is a bocce court with ample patio space for entertaining flanked by grills at one end and a fireplace at the other. The pool house and its covered patio are home to an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and relaxed seating area.
