This project is a renovated medical office building and parking garage. Fortuity also purchased a chunk of the vacant Graham Ford lot in front of the headquarters where it hopes to host occasional community events.

POD was able to provide a design that includes child care playgrounds, green space for employees and spaces for food trucks.
