The Village is a senior living community of 70 apartments, 35 garden homes and 19 patio homes. In concert with WHR Consultants, POD provided a property analysis and evaluation, repositioning program, and plans. Included were enhancements for the building facades including color selection. Other improvements included changes to the common area amenity packages, outdoor senior activity elements, signage, lighting, and streetscape entry for the revitalization of this 2008 constructed property.
