Working with the clients’ staff and advisers, POD Design prepared an overall renovation concept to support their vision of being central Ohio’s premier provider of high-quality, comprehensive, cost-effective life-care services for older adults. Our scope included master planning for the village, zoning, site plans, development guidelines and standards, and the coordination with architectural and engineering services.

At completion, there will be 1200 residential units in a mix of low and mid-rise buildings providing for independent, assisted, skilled care services. A village center serving the residents includes new common areas and amenities, enhanced outdoor spaces, landscaping enhancements, new indoor and outdoor dining venues, and a new clubhouse.
