POD Design led the land planning and visualization process for The Woda Group’s response to a City of Delaware developer RFP to provide a senior housing neighborhood on the site of a former hotel. The proposal called for a multi-level apartment building with cottages all designed for active mature adults. The site plan included a park space with a pond and gazebo, walking paths, community gardens and a dog park. In addition to developing the community master plan POD developed a computer animated virtual tour of the site to assist in the communication of the project to community leaders.
