To attract new residents to this established community, POD Design was consulted to revitalize this development in an upscale community in suburban Houston, Texas. Lush landscaping covers over 900 feet of arterial street frontage along with a significant water feature. To develop a striking entry, POD Design used textured pavement on the drive and office entry walk.
