The Pavilions in Glendale, Arizona was an existing residential community looking to add value to their pool and spa area. POD Design developed a landscape plan that replaced a temporary shade structure and outdated fence with a more integrated pergola and perimeter wall. A new outdoor kitchen area, resident fire pit lounge and fully updated seating and furnishings have fully transformed this community amenity.
