This project is approximately a 18 acre site consisting of one office building, a sub-surface parking garage and a print shop. While one owner preferred a more contemporary design, the other preferred a traditional architectural vocabulary. The Easton Oval district where the corporate office is located has an architectural review process that required the use of brick and stone.

POD was able to provide a final design that was a mix of contemporary and traditional styles. We were responsible for site design, design of the front and rear entry plazas, landscape design for foundation and plaza plantings, outdoor spaces for employees, and selection of plant material.
