This proposed re-development of a residential block on the edge of this corridor fulfills the vision outlined for Main Street by the City of Bexley, and transitions from commercial uses along Main Street to residential uses along Parkview Drive. The mix incorporates restaurants with offices above that screen a surface parking lot and luxury condominiums above a secure parking garage.
