The 800-room Toy Story hotel is located in the center of the site and provides guest views toward the theme park site to the east as well as views into two themed courtyard environments.

This site is located on the western edge of the overall property, just north of the theme park parking area. Other exterior guest areas include the arrival porte cochere located in the southwest corner of the building and the restaurant activity lawn located in the northeast corner of the building. POD Design participated on the project team led by Stantec.
