The Streets of Indian Lake is a Town Center style retail development anchored by a 28 screen Regal Cinema. The site was designed to incorporate 405,471 square feet of high end retail tenants along with a number of out parcel users.

The site plan for the development calls for the creation of a central public open space around which retail buildings are sited. POD Design was involved with the project from the initial site planning through design documentation and construction observation related to landscape, hardscape, irrigation and site furnishings. POD has also provided a wide variety of presentation graphics including watercolor renderings, computer animation and ongoing leasing graphics and displays. Major retailers include: Barnes & Noble, Regal Cinema, Jos. A. Bank, J. Jill, Talbots, Coldwater Creek and Eddie Bauer.
