Located on Olentangy River Road, Olentangy Springhill Suites is a hospitality option within walking distance of The Ohio State University campus. Challenged by a small urban site, POD Design was able to provide a high impact outdoor common area keeping with the high standards of Springhill Suites. We were also instrumental in guiding the incorporation of “green” storm water practices with the inclusion of bio-swales to filter parking lot runoff.
