POD Design is a professional consulting firm providing a people oriented design approach to landscape architecture, planning, and urban design services for both public and private clients. We endeavor to meet the expectations of our clients by developing highly creative, cost effective, and timely solutions to each design challenge we are offered. Our success is derived from a close working relationship between our clients and our design team of landscape architects, planners, and urban designers. We view each design challenge as a unique set of opportunities to develop a response that enhances the environment in which people live, work, and play.

Who We Are

STEVE KOLWICZ

PLA, ASLA, LEED AP

Steve has developed a wealth of experience for both public and private clients. His project experience includes everything from theme parks to pocket parks, from community to campus planning. He has consistently demonstrated a competent technical capability as well as a fresh approach to design challenges that has resulted in numerous design awards and a dedicated repeat client base.

YUMIN LI

PLA, ASLA

With vast experience working on projects in both the United States and China, Mr. Li has become a leader in landscape architectural design. Mr. Li has gained a solid reputation in the field of conceptual design and graphic communication for his work with architects, landscape architects, planners, commercial and residential developers from around the U.S. and abroad.

TODD FOLEY

Todd provides a broad focus and experience to all projects he manages, from the initial conceptual planning to the final documentation. The key strength that he brings to the projects he manages is his communication skills and attention to detail. Maintaining a strong line of communication with the clients and consultants is always key for the projects he manages, resulting in a finished product that always meets or exceeds the client’s expectations. His focus with private development has afforded tremendous interaction with numerous cities and municipalities to achieve a strong understanding of both how development process occurs and what it takes to get projects approved.
